Health Survey

Creighton University 2014-2015 Accelerated Nursing students set out to identify how to best suit the needs of those around us.  We did extensive research on national and local databases about the disparities that our community is facing.  The students have also completed several walking surveys of various neighborhoods in Omaha to best identify the needs those in the the Greater Omaha community.
